Located on the edge of London's Hyde Park, in Westbourne Terrace, W2, once described as "quite the finest street in London", the new Royal Park Hotel has been created from three Grade II listed townhouses. Dating from 1842, the buildings have undergone total restoration with stunning interior design combining luxurious furnishings with the latest technology.
The beds are the main feature of the rooms as hotels are first of all about a comfortable night's sleep. The magnificent and airy four poster and half tester beds which adorn the majority of the rooms are dressed with simple white linen fabrics. Hand made mattresses, crisp cotton sheets, soft woollen blankets and plump pillows all add up to the best night's sleep in London.
Complimentary newspaper, glass of whisky or sherry upon check in, afternoon tea with warm scones and a glass of champagne with canapés in the evening are served to all Royal Park hotel guests with compliments.

Every bedroom has a very individual character, some on the first floor have elegant French windows leading onto a balcony, while others have wonderful views over London rooftops and church spires.
The canopied mahogany four-poster and half-tester beds have white linen bed hangings and the very best hand-made mattresses. These are covered in crisp cotton sheets, soft Welsh woollen blankets and finished off with inviting feather pillows.
To make your stay really comfortable, some of the bedrooms are complete with sitting rooms. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, electronic safes and flat screen LCD televisions with a wide choice of satellite and terrestrial channels.
The traditional bathrooms have big fluffy white towels and waffle-cotton bathrobes and slippers (for children's feet too.) The power shower will certainly revive you after a hard day's work, shopping or sightseeing.

This imposing structure stands on the site of the much earlier Tyburn Gallows where grisly executions once took place.
