The Waterfront Brasserie has an easy, informal atmosphere with contemporary, bright and comfortable surroundings. Patrick Enns, the Head Chef at the Ramada Hotel and Suites, prepares food with only the freshest ingredients. Should you wish a slight variation to any dish or suffer from any food allergies, just ask the waiter/waitress and we will endeavour to offer an alternative. The Ramada also avoid the use of GM modified foods.
