A row of Victorian town houses have been superbly converted to create a pleasant hotel, featuring Malaysian hospitality in the heart of London. The Holiday Villa offers a unique experience with four star facilities at three star rates.
The rooms have been elegantly and individually designed, and the Malaysian traditions are extended into the restaurant where authentic Halal Malaysian and Chinese cuisine are served in a beautiful Asian styled atmosphere.
Three modern and spacious conference rooms make up the business suite; the suitability of the Holiday Villa for business guests is enhanced by its location near Paddington Station with the Heathrow Express rail link to the airport. Communications are excellent, and leisure guests will appreciate the numerous attractions within walking distance of the hotel.
Please Note: Improvement works to the rear of the building are scheduled to commence on the 19th May for a period of approximately 12 weeks. During this time views from rooms at the rear may be obstructed by scaffolding. Work will take place between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and the hotel will endeavour to minimise any disruption to guests.

The 100 ensuite rooms of the Holiday Villa are elegantly designed and available in: Single, Double, Twin and Triple configurations. Suites are also available, these are executive style rooms which can accomodate a family of 3 or 4, there are several options to choose from - price ranges reflect the size and style of the suite.
All rooms are well appointed and feature:

Additional options:
- Extra beds: beds can be added to some of the rooms for an additional charge of GBP 20.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast.

Restaurant - serving authentic halal Malaysian and Chinese cuisine, the bar is decorated in a traditional Asian style.
Bar - the restaurant includes an intimate well stocked cocktail bar area, open during the afternoons and through to late evening.

The Holiday Villa has 3 conference rooms, the largest able to accommodate up to 250 guests. The modern suites are spacious and light; faxing, photocopying and internet access are available at reception.

Just north of Hyde Park, the Bayswater area incorporates both Paddington and Queensway with their cosmopolitan, diverse atmospheres. Bayswater features tree-lined avenues and graceful stuccoed terraces, the wealth from the past being rejuvenated by the resurgent Arab community. Restaurants and cafes offering cuisine from all around the world can be found here, and with the increased prosperity of the area designer restaurants and bars are beginning to open. Paddington Station provides a direct rail link with Heathrow, thereby making this one of the most accessible areas of London.

Nearest Tube/Main Line Stations
Bayswater and Queensway underground (tube) stations, both on the Central Line, are within a five minute walk of the Holiday Villa.
Paddington station is also within easy walking distance, and with the direct express rail link to Heathrow airport and access to the London underground network via the Hammersmith and City, Circle, District and Bakerloo lines, communications are excellent.

Cancellations can be made free of charge providing details of this are received at least 24 hours prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation.
