Cancellations can be made free of charge, provided that details are received at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time on the date of arrival. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in time of the date of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation.

Your card must be valid for the time of your stay and will be pre-authorized 2-3 days before your arrival.
