The apartments are just a short walk away from Hyde Park, which is an ideal destination for a summer stroll or picnic. The shops of Oxford Street and the theatres of the West End are also within easy reach.

The apartments are all located within easy reach of at least one tube station. Most are closest to Bayswater, offering services on the Circle and District lines. Others are closer to Lancaster Gate, which offers services on the Central line, or Paddington, which offers services on the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines. Paddington is the nearest main line station to all of the apartments, and also provides the fast Heathrow Express service to the airport.

Cancellations can be made free of charge, provided that details are received at least 72 hours prior to the check-in time on the date of arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in time of the date of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation.

Guests arriving outside reception hours will need to notify the apartments- contact details are provided on your confirmation. Late arrivals are subject to a service charge. For arrivals between 22:00 and midnight, the charge is GBP 20.00, for arrivals between midnight and 01:00 the charge will be GBP 30.00, and for arrivals between 01:00 and 02:00 the charge will be GBP 40.00. Check-in is not possible between 02:00 and 09:00 in the morning.
You pay nothing now; your credit card is used only to guarantee the booking. On arrival at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card, and payment will be taken either on arrival or when you check out.
