Bayswater features tree lined avenues awash with inviting cafes and restaurants, popular shopping centres and key financial districts. Hyde Park, one of London's most famous parks, is just a short walk away offering the perfect opportunity to stroll the beautiful Kensington Gardens, enjoy a jog around the Serpentine or see the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain.

Bayswater underground station, with services on the Circle and District lines, and Queensway tune station, on the Central line, are both less than a five minute walk away.

Paddington Station is within easy walking distance with underground services on the Bakerloo, Circle and District lines, the Heathrow Express and links to main line rail services.

The spacious and ornamental reception area is available 24 hours a day. Room service can be requested until 9pm.

The Holiday Villa has three conference rooms, the largest able to accommodate up to 250 guests. These modern suites are spacious and light with faxing, photocopying and internet access available at reception.

All rooms are well appointed and feature a number of facilities. Extra beds can be added to some rooms upon request, for an additional charge.

Cancellations can be made free of charge providing details of this are received at least 24 hours prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation.
