Excellent little apartment with good customer service, and provided a cot for our little boy.
Only a couple of issues:
The door to the apartment building needs to be on a spring because whenever someone left or arrived in the building it 'slammed' shut and woke up out little boy everytime. Also accessibility for prams was poor.
Washing Machine was broken.

The apartment was dirty and was not able to check in at 3pm as stated. The security guard on duty was very rude. Would not choose this type of apartment again.

This was a great place to stay and I hope to return. One or two suggestions. When someone arrives from a far away country, someone could help with bags, and also in two separate visits to the front desk I was given sets of erroneous info on the wifi networks, leaving me to hook up to BT and pay quite steep charges to communicate to my home and office in the States, a bit annoying as the free wifi was one of the reasons I booked. But I liked the concept a lot, the desk people were extremely pleasant, and I will probably return. Having lived in London in the 80s, the transformation of the South Bank and Bermondsey is quite a revelation.

I stayed in the executive style apartment.
Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely sized balcony also.
The only negative I would say is the 10am check-out is too early, other than that the apartment and staff were excellent.

overall i thought the apartment was very nice presented, but as you went to use the shower it was literally hanging off the wall, the trains were directly behind use, which ran all night none stop, the other hand the beds were really compfy! great location about 5 minutes walk to the tower bridge.

It would be an idea if for short stays they could provide cleaning products... i.e. dishwashing liquid, detergent... small packages...

as a someone who uses hotels alot !! loved the place ! went there with my daughter ! weekend end away ! she had dvds to watch ! popcorn and takeway micro meals !! but we didnt have a dvd or microwave to cook her food !!!
