Very modern with clean lines in an old building.
My room was very comfortable with a modern shower-room/ bathroom.
I would certainly stay again

It is a great location a few block away from a major tube station and Hyde park. Good neighborhood. However the wireless internet never worked and we couldn't get the staff to help us. We just used the club room that had a computer with internet and printer. The room was very small, but it was to be expected. I also don't think they ever changed the sheets. Make sure you put do not disturb sign on the door or else they just come in to clean.

although the hotel was well appointed and recently decorated and refurbished it is fair to say that the room was quite small for a couple and a teenage daughter.
Worst point on the first night was the put up bed that was supplied. This was little more than a camp bed and was very narrow, very uncomfortable and very squeaky. After a complaint it was changed for the next 2 nights.
Breakfast option was good standard. Hotel was well located for local restaurants, pubs, tube and buses.Low mark for comfort because of the camp bed, but the room was very clean

The room was very small with a tiny bathroom, but was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. Very conveniently located within a 5-10 mins. walking distance from Paddington Station.
Very good hotel, it is newly refurnished, breakfast is very very good

Check - in is not at 12.00 but at 14.00. Receptionist sent us to double room as he had to see that we are group of three but another lady give us correct room than. Anyway one of the best hotel in London at the price for 100 pounds for triple room.
A very good option

not happy about being messed about and losing valuable holiday time. phoned up the hotel at 17:00 on sat 03-04-10 to tell them we were stuck in traffic and would be late. i was assured the room would be ready for us on arrival. we arrived at approx 20:00 to be told that there was no room for us and that they would put us up at a sister hotel we spent 1 night at the sister hotel and then had therbsecond night at the hotel i booked. this spoilt our two days awy and i felt that we lost valuable time that we could not get back.

As we had booked for a room for 3 adults the room given us at first was a double and we were told they would out a camp bed up. As the room obviousl would not take an extra bed we complained and were immediately put in a junior suite and apologies from the management were given.
This hotel was ecellent other than this and the service from staff was also very good. Would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

this was a beautiful hotel in a lovely area, ideal for any visitor, great breakfast included in price of club room, however we thought we would get a top up of a free bottle of wine everyday during our stay as was promised when we looked at it on website, but other than that very nice, would definitely go back
