Excellent location near Kensington Gardens, easy access to two tube stations which could take you to Oxford road in a few minutes. Nearby Queensway was a vibrant, buzzing are with plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was very compact and some older users may struggle, but it had all the facilities you could want.
The staff were not overly friendly but did their jobs well. The room was clean and comfortable, and for such a central location the price was very good.

I felt the location was good but the rooms and facilities wern't great. The toilet didnt flush properly and it was about 4pm when our towels and bins were being emptied every day after being out of the room from early morning.
Staff were not very friendly and did not seem very customer focused or willing to help.
