Very good location in central London near Edgware tube station. Friendly staff and helpful reception. Rooms and shower are small but very clean and value for money. It's very close to Satay House (at Sale Place) which was the main reason for me to choose Sussex Gardens. I would recommend this hotel and would return back again in the future.
Nice hotel.

The location is exellent!! very close to tube station Paddington! and on a street full of hotels! The room was ok but we had a problem with the shower, there was o-n-l-y hot hot hot water... only early in the morning the shower was usable!

This hotel was very well situated for us and very easy to find from Paddington Tube station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the only area we have give a lower score is for the Cleanliness and Comfort. NOT for the cleanliness bit but for the fact that the room was far too warm for comfort. Even with the radiator off and the window open it was unbearable. And it is on a busy road so with the window open it was very niosy. The room itself was clean and we had fresh towels every day. So apart from the heat it was an enjoyable stay

very disappointed, booked a twim room and was given a double despite confirming a twin room.receptionist was not helpful wen informed we had confirmed a twin. Also had to pay a 5% charge as i paid with laser card. it was ridicolous. room was tiny but cosy.
