Excellent location, very central for visiting all the sights. Room quite compact but adequate, beds comfortable, staff helpful. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed in the first floor - unable to use the lift because it has always been occupied... not easy with the luggage
Never again

Reception staff not really interested in anything to the point of being rude, Concierge less than helpful, unable to get glasses to the room, telephone in room not working reported direct to reception - no interest, not even anyone sent to look at. Room vey small and although clean very dated ant tired looking. TV reception was very poor to the point of not watchable. The location was all that was good about this hotel, I would never stay again and would recommend anyone staying in this area paying an extra £20 or so and staying in 4 star, obviously you get what you pay for!!!!

Exutive room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The added benefit of the "Executive Breakfast" meant that the stay was value for money.

Unfortunately i was dissapointed this time. Our room (109) there was insufficiant lighting, no air conditioning, noisey, ice machine broken, lifts over subscribed frequently.
Having said all that the room was always clean and tidy.

Short stay at St Giles Hotel

The room was compact but adequate and as a deluxe had a small usefull sitting room. TV in room was unwatchable due to being faulty and plenty of coffee/tea on arrival but not replenished for second night. Extra breafast reasonable at £19.90 for two but only average fair and very crowded. Desk/consierge staff friendly and efficient.

The rooms in the hotel were small but very clean and the location couldn't be more central to all the sites of london. i highly recommend this hotel as a cheap but clean option for a weekend in the capital.

Great location, and decent for the price.
However, the wireless internet didn't work at any point during my stay, despite calling the hotel's ISP/tech support a half-dozen times during my 5-day stay. It turned out to be less bother to pay GPB 1 for 15 mins access at the PCs downstairs.
