The hotel positioned as 3star but it is not even near it.
The rooms was really clean and renewed - no claims, the service is pretty nice.
The location is near underground station, but it took about 40 minutes to go to Victoria station from there.
The single room and bathroom in it are so small that it was problematically to move there.
Generally it is not bad hotel, but it is 2star maximum and shouldn't cost 60GBP for the night.

Not bad for the price...but a few worries

On arriving the room looked clean enough, however there were quite a few things that put us off. When we turned on the sink, not only did a bug come out of the tap, but the sink didn't drain. Not a huge problem, but you had to wait a minute or two every time you turned the tap on!!
The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, the towels were too small to actually wrap around you, the some of the light bulbs (above the bed) were blown, breakfast wasn't the best spread in the world, to the point that we didn't eat there the other two nights!!
On a positive the shower was good and it was nice to actually have a proper key, instead of a key card! Good price for being in London and close to Bayswater station

Horrible, and dirty. Rooms are tiny and were cleaned once in 4 nights.

Room was suitable for one night stay, shower rail and wc seat were broken but as we were on staying over night we didn't report this as a problem. Asked for extra pillows and they came straight away. The location of the hotel was great, 2 mins walk from the tube station and 5 mins from Hyde Park, although it was a busy street our room was not noisy. Basic continental breakfast but there was plenty to eat.
Nicely Refurbished

Rather cramped single room, no lift so up 4 flight's of stairs. Nicely refurbished. Staff indifferent. Good value.

Hotel is simple and basic, rooms aren't huge either! bathroom is a little bit small but the shower is great!, location was perfect with plenty of shops and cafes near by. great value for money! don't expect any manners or politeness from reception tho!

The room was small, but adequate, the shower was hotter than I would have liked even when turned right down, but again acceptable. I was disappointed with the breakfast but as the website stated it was extra when it was actually included, this is again acceptable. Overall, fantastic value for money.
Great place:)

very nice hotel

Great little hotel, freindly and helpful staff Rooms not huge but functional. The availabilty of free wi-fi in the rooms is a real bonus something that many 4/5* hotels in London don't offer! Great location next to everything you need pubs, restaurants, two tube stations and plenty of convenience shops
