Very small and dingy, shower door didn't shut properly and because of the location of the basin the shower door couldn't even be opened properly. TV reception was very fuzzy, nowhere to put suitcases.
Not very service minded and rude employees

Not Happy!

The room was very small. We could not even roll our bags in we had to pick them up to move them over the beds. You could not walk to the door or bathroom door with out hitting foot of bed or wall. It was very stuffy -it was a warm day but even at night the BASEMENT room had no air movement. We had a small fan which did help a little. I think if you are going to put someone in the basement they should know ahead of time. The ONLY thing that was ok was that the room was clean, yet our outside view was of trash bins. This was not at all a nice visit. No way was this a standard room size or quality.
