Excellent location if you are going to the Excel centre or somewhere else in the docklands. Big room and resonable price for London. Staff very helpful.

Smokey and Tired
Mrs M Rushton-Harrison, Party type: With friends - Posted: Friday 4th June 2010
The room stank of smoke though I thought smoking rooms were a thing of the past. The carpet and base of the bed were dirty and the decoration in the room very tired. Food and drinks were expensive and did not warrant the tired hotel which does not warrant a 4 star.

Clean and comfortable but maybe overpriced given that there is a Premier Inn right next door. The apartment was a nice touch though and that alone makes it worth paying a bit more.

A pain that you couldnt book breakfast before you went. room was far too hot n windows couldnt be opened- i couldnt sleep- complained on 3rd night & they sorted out the air conditioning quickly! No gym/pool which let it down. Was ok but thats all.

When booking I requested a room with a view over the river got the noisey car park,Room had no milk or cream for drinks when we arrived also sold as having SKY TV didn't even have a working remoe control. Overall disapointed with the value for money
