Surprisingly spacious for central london, and pleasant decor. Helpful staff and very good breakfast.

Excellent location with convienient transfer Heathrow-Paddington. Kind of charming hotel, but sleepy reception staff, and very cold rooms (in october).
The first room we where allocated was already occupied.
