Bad location. Noisy.

At best OK

Some basic conveniences were missing. No mirror near a socket to dry hair, no bedside lights. Room was in the basement which was OK but not ideal as pretty hot and stuffy. Then again for £80 in a great location in London - what do you expect - generally satisfied.

I red many reviews on Trip Advisor...after having booked in the Hyde Park Executive apartments-Baywaters! The size of the room is just too small for a couple! The states of the room walls were in a bad shape! Lots of marks scratches, etc...
We hade the visit of bug in the toilets! 3cm long! The general cleanliness wasn't good at all! During the all stay no visit from the housekeeper! I was expecting at least that the room will be vacuum cleaned! No!
Beside that, they charge you 5£ to leave your luggages prior the departure of your flight!
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, neat 2 tubes stations, Baywaters and Queensway. For the rest, forget it! The room I had doesn't worth 80£ per nigth!
Good luck!
I cannot recommend this place

Hidden 3% surcharge for using a credit card, insects in the room, £5 for storing my luggage after check-out, rooms cleaned once a week unless you want to pay for a more frequent service, £20 deposit for a hairdrier.Apart from that everything else was OK.

Fantastic location opposite Hyde Park, great choice of restaurants and pubs nearby, 2 mins from tube stations. We were there for Hard Rock Calling festival in Hyde Park so was perfect! Good value in comparison to nearby hotels. Apartments are only small but clean and well kept and very handy for a few nights stay with fridge and microwave. It was the hottest day of the year while we were there 31 degrees and the heat in the apartment was unbearable we left the window open and the fan on day and night but didn't really make a difference, we were having cold showers in the middle of the night! Our only grumble was they desperatley need air conditioning. Other than that had a great time!

The apartments are basically furnished with little character. Your expectations are for basic appliances like hairdryers to be available, these have to be purchased from reception. At check in, you are asked to sign a single sheet of paper authorising a 500 pound deduction from your credit card for any damages etc. The process is unprofessional and not very customer friendly. Overall, staff are friendly, location is good, room for improvement.

Awful. Supposed to be a luxury suite and nothing at all luxury about it! Take my advice, do not stay here if you want anything more than budget accomodation at a 4 star price.

The apartment was ok, but was not exactly what we have expected: it was much smaller than seen in the pictures, the window opened into an interior back yard of the building, not very well ventilated and it was not very clean, so not exactly a "luxury apartment" as it is called on the site. More like a 2-stars hotel room.
Cleanliness ??? what is it?

Value for money is quite ok for a London hotel.
The strom was awful and we faced problems with insects the location was excellent and the wireless does not have good signal from the room. (must visit lobby room)
I can recomend it to someone who need this room only to sleep (but not so comfortable) :/
Could of been better

We were stuck in the basement with no view or natural light. Only a few of the lights in the apartment worked. Bed was hard both found it difficult to sleep, we asked for more pillows in hope we would have more sleep but woman on reception seem disinterested and we never got any. For somewhere that claims 2 b luxury we were disappointed at the lack of view lack of comfort and lack of courtsey from staff.
Worst hotel exxperience ever

Firstly, when we entered the room there were still food in the fridge and when reporting this it they still did not do anything and we had to remind them again and again.
It is a shame to call this an apartment its smaller than a dorm room and there is no kitchen fan but a mere small window. The TV was broken and the toilet small and clean, but not that clean.

The room was smaller than I had expected. Unfortunatelly the property is located next to a youth hostel so there was noise day and night until 3am! Wouldn't stay there again.
