Excellent apartments, nice and clean with stylish accommodation. Plenty of room for three people. My mum loved it! Location, only a few minutes walk to Bayswater town centre and underground. Would definitely stay again!

Great location - the service e.g. making of beds and attending to faults (missing bulb) could be attended much better for the price of the property. Also little things like no dishwashing tablets for dishwasher at least to get you started...
Carpet could do with a major clean
One night they had a function which was very noisy until 10 pm - hard to get the little ones to sleep after a long day in London.
This could be a great place with a few caring service upgrades
