The booking online with London Nights went well and followed through smoothly but that is where it ended. The accommodation was substandard with the only good thing being the location. While the room was not the smallest we have stayed in, the carpet was badly stained as were the walls which gave the room a dingy look, the internet facilities were not working and they wanted to charge 6 pound to use a keyboard. They did not even provide a chair for us to sit on. We would not stay at this hotel again. The cost was very high compared to other accommodation we stayed at which was of a much higher standard.
