From here, it's just a couple of minutes to Victoria underground and main line station, which you can also reach within approximately 15 minutes' walk of the apartments. Victoria gives access to the Circle and District underground lines, as well as main line services and the Gatwick Express. We stayed in these apartments just before Christmas aswell.On that visit the staff were lovely.However,this time,apart from the check in staff and the porter,the staff were awful.A cleaner was very rude to my youngest son and a woman on reception was very rude to my eldest son,I did deal with that straight away.The restaurant staff were not pleasant,flippant almost.The pool was freezing and ladies changing room were freezing(faulty)and the steam room was also broken so not very successful this time.I would not stay at Dolphin apartments again but would definitely use your company for future bookings as you were faultless.Many thanks,Alison.

Really good value for money for what you get (would have been even better if they had a breakfast deal with the room). There's a living area, bedroom and en suite. The location is near Pimlico station which is a nice quiet area and the walk to the hotel is only 2 minutes. The apartment itself was very clean and presented well and we would definitely go there again if we had to stay in London.
Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.
