Good location, right near the Victoria station. Had a luggage room. Room was nice and comfortable. One front desk person was difficult with us, but everyone else was very nice. Good pub right across the street - great steak pies!!

Very clean and comfortable. Chose this hotel as it was just around the corner from Victoria coach station. Very close to Buckingham Palace. Staff friendly and helpful.

Was impressed by the great location- near to victoria station & within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, shops, restaurants & bars. Slightly disappointed with the room. Hadn't anticipated getting a basement room! The room was dark & small with no view whatsoever & was extremely noisy at times with the outdoor traffic. It was reasonably clean however and fresh towels were provided each day.Breakfast was adequate, typical continental style fare which set you up for the morning. If you want a low budget central hotel & are using it just to put your head down at night, then this may be the place for you, but do avoid a basement room if possible.
