told where the parking lot was and parked my car in the parking lot, then told it was an extra 20gbp a night ! but this could of ended up with the car being clamped and towed ! the receptionist nearly charged us a second time for the room, and did not have a good manner at all, we returned to our room the second day at 3pm and the room had not been cleaned and tea/coffee stuff had not been replenished wiht it... only 3 tea bags per day for 3 people /. this was our first visit to London as a family, and will be visiting each year on our way to/from visiting family in England, also the hotel was on a main route of revelers so very noisy till 4am, better luck next year i hope
