The room was excellent if a little warm. Only slight problem was on check in but sorted quickly by freindly and very helpful staff.

Reception was unkind.
Luggage cannot be kept at reception.
Pretty far from the nearest station.
Unwelcome
Mrs. Kathie Keeth, Party type: Business traveller - Posted: Thursday 10th June 2010
The staff on reception never once cracked a smile. Paperwork was the priority. Only when they had finished chatting did the guest get a cursory acknowledgment. No "Welcome to the Hotel", no smile, just long a long queue to be seen by some misanthrop.
Make sure you insist on a room with a/c. Only a few rooms have a/c.
awesome staying

Beds were in poor condition. Reception staff were cold and unfriendly.
