Property was ok. Booking was double booked - the two single rooms not availble - hotle offered a "triple room" on the fourth floor - I was on a business trip witth my boss. A triple room was not really acceptable but we had no choice at that late stage. The Manager offered us half price for the room and free breakfast which was acceptable. Our room was 406 on the top floor and would you believe the lift was out of order although working the following day. How the booking could be messed up was not explained.
Not coming back

Not recommended. The hotel was not as expected, as the pictures on the web. Narrow small rooms, cramped in the bathroom. Very hot, especially in the 4th floor

the room is really too much small. The "bathroom" is principally the bath!! The plumbed is ridicoulus, instead of the bath would be better a simple shower.
the remainding of the room is small, but ok for a young couple.
Good value for money, great location

I would gladly stay at this hotel again, the staff were really friendly. They made up my room everyday, some budget hotels don't!! They always stock up the tea & coffee and of course the bathroom accessories!!! It's 2 minutes from Paddington station so it's brilliant if you are travelling in/out of paddington. Would gladly stay at this place again.
A good choice for an economic stay!

Though the lift is very small (max load of 2 people) and the room is small, the location is excellent and the price is attractive.
