It was very basic but clean, yet excellent value for money.

Room flooded 30 mins after arrival by People upstairs, After a bit of a wait, moved to room upstairs which was smaller with broken remote for tv and dirty duvet cover!
Went down stairs to get some food, the old lady (owner I think) and repeatedly asked me if I was sure I gave her £20 and not a £10, Very very annoying and disrespectful.
Also got a pint of Carling which was so poor, I could only manage a few sips.
Rest of the staff were very nice though and the location was very nice too.

We was in the Family room...it was alright though a little stuffy...but for the price and cleanliness we found it to be perfect for what we wanted...Basically to sleep in because we was out most of the time...Recommeded
