While certain aspects of the hotel were a little tired this was made up for by the most helpful reception staff - an upgrade that was unexpected, rooms next to each other, very good breakfast and service. Furthermore the hotel was very helpful on pre arrival enquiries and londonnights.com is far more transparent in their booking information and the ability to pay on arrival than lastminute.com who I will not be using again.
