This was part of a present for my partner's birthday. Hotel was very clean and functional but impersonal. Reception is very enticing when you first arrive.
The place was very stale though, with only two bars open in the evening and they were empty - the hotel had no atmosphere.
I expected more from a 5 star hotel, and certainly more for the price.
The bathroom looked good but actually are rather impractical, especially the sink which is just above knee height!
It was really booked as a posh place to stay, to add 'wow' factor to the weekend but unfortunately it didn't deliver - we'd have been better off (financially) booking a cheaper, main stream hotel.
