Nice friendly greeting by reception. Access to room prior to normal time (2pm) as we had to attend a wedding. Romm smallish but adequate and clean. Small TV with limited channels but wasnt a problem as we were out most of the time. Nice full english breakfast (£7.50) overall would use hotel agian if in the area.

The hotel is well located. We talked to 5 different receptionists(day and night). Only one was very helpful. The others were inefficient.
The room was a disaster except the bathroom which was very clean. No space to move, furniture was old. The windows can't be properly open because of their stupid security system so we boiled in the room. Internet is a rip off (even in the nearest internet cafe). We moved to Park International hotel on Cromwell Road (1 min away from Gloucester road station) for a cheaper rate and it was literally luxury (breakfast included, wonderful room, great customer service) compared to the Ambassadors.

Room was small but had everything necessary for a short stay.
All the staff were pleasant and efficient
