Clean, eclectic and the location is EXCELLENT. One day there was no mat in the bathroom and after the first day the packaged coffee was not refilled, but that forced us to visit a number of great coffee bars on the street. Staff was helpful and let us store our bags for the weekend.

The 'apartment' was just a small hotel room. It was clean and fairly modern but very small. The kitchenette was tiny, hidden in a cupboard so it was very impractical to use. The main door from the street was open 24/7 so security was a concern although the rooms do have a safe. Reception is next door but not manned 24/7 - an emergency number is provided but despite calling it 3 times and leaving a message after the fire alarm had been beeping, there was no answer and we had a rather sleepless night. Thankfully it only happened one night. Overall, the place is nice enough for the price but I'm not sure I'd go back.

Good Points. Best shower we have experienced in UK and bed very comfortable
Minus points carpet was filthy, including entry. Needs good clean.
Deficiences Only 1 bowl in kitchen. Kitchen needs dish cloth and tea towel and microwave dishes. Safe did not work. Towel was provide in lieu of tea towel and bowl provided by office but not replaced by housekeeping

The room was clean, however alot of the facilities we were promised did not work. The television and the air conditioning were not working and we were told that these would be fixed but were not.
